Here are some examples of how I have helped teams improve their performance through collective intelligence, collaborative workshops and team coaching.
Aligning a Team… to Succeed Under Pressure
Client: French industrial start-up

Context:
During a period of rapid growth, the client needed to define a 90-day execution plan to achieve ambitious production targets. The challenge was twofold: align the team around operational priorities while developing the relationship skills needed to collaborate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
My role:
- Designed and facilitated a two-day collaborative seminar combining operational planning workshops with team coaching sessions.
- Supported the leadership team in building a shared 90-day execution plan while developing key Radical Collaboration® skills.
- Helped the team better understand its collective dynamics, defensive behaviours and individual leadership preferences in order to strengthen collaboration.
Outcomes
- A 90-day execution plan, a map of key execution risks, shared leadership principles and individual leadership preferences for every member of the team.
- A more aligned team equipped with new relationship skills to collaborate more effectively, especially under pressure.
90 Minutes… to Understand What Helps (or Hinders) Collaboration.
Client: DFCG (French Association of Finance Directors and Controllers)

Objective:
The DFCG wanted to offer members of its Career Group, an interactive workshop to strengthen their relationship skills—now among the most sought-after competencies by employers. While the ability to collaborate has become essential, it remains one of the least taught professional skills.
My role:
- Designed a highly interactive 90-minute workshop introducing the fundamentals of Radical Collaboration®.
- Introduced the five core collaboration skills and the defensive behaviours that undermine teamwork.
- Facilitated the session through peer discussions, reflection and practical exercises to encourage awareness and learning.
Outcomes:
- A deeper understanding of the behaviours that foster high-quality collaboration.
- Greater awareness of individual defensive reactions and their impact on working relationships.
- Practical first steps for building more constructive and effective working relationships.
Engaging 100 senior leaders in developing a common communication strategy for the Group’s brands.
Client: A global transport infrastructure company
In collaboration with Agency b, b & b
Context: As part of a major growth initiative and in preparation for potential new investors, the client wanted to engage its top 100 leaders in shaping the strategic positioning and communication of each of its brands. The objective was to harness collective intelligence to build a shared vision of each brand’s purpose and positioning.
My role:
- Supported the client in designing a collaborative process to engage senior leaders throughout the strategic branding initiative.
- Designed the workshop architecture, facilitation materials and strategic questions that enabled collective reflection.
- Facilitated workshops involving around 100 managers from more than ten countries across three continents.
- Leading a team of ten internal facilitators to support the Communications Steering Committee in implementing the initiative.
Deliverables
- A shared understanding of the strengths, distinctive characteristics and complementarities of the Group’s different brands.
- The strategic foundations needed to define the Group’s purpose, impact and core values.
- The basis for a unified brand strategy supporting clearer, more coherent positioning across the Group.
Building Consensus… Around a Shared Positioning Statement
Client: International specialty retail group

Objective:
Following the launch of its new brand platform, the Group needed to align its marketing, commercial and branding teams around a shared Positioning Statement. The objective was to avoid differing interpretations across countries, clarify strategic priorities, and define what truly differentiates the brand.
My role:
- Design and facilitate a collaborative workshop bringing together key international stakeholders.
- Gather input in advance from marketing experts across China, Spain and France to incorporate diverse perspectives and build buy-in.
- Facilitate the co-creation of a shared Positioning Statement aligned across all teams.
Deliverables:
- A framework identifying the brand’s three key points of differentiation.
- A shared Positioning Statement, collectively developed, validated and ready for international deployment.
A two day seminar… to kick start collaboration and co-creation
Client: Deloitte

Context:
The European marketers and communicators wanted to activate a new collaborative way of working across markets.
Goal:
Design and facilitate a two day seminar to bring 30 marketing and communication experts together to build their collaborative future together.
What I did:

Collaborative workshops… to define a roadmap for a European Human Resource Team
Client: Monnoyeur

Objective:
Monnoyeur had recently created a new central human resources team. The group wanted to meet in person to deepen their trust levels and develop their annual roadmap and strategy collaboratively.
What I did:
Design and facilitation of a series of collaborative workshops to enable the team to:
- Define how team’s modus operandi (rituals, organization, culture)
- Identify priority focus areas
- Learn to give feedback (model and practice)
- Acquire the habit & tools to ask colleagues for help (Co-Dev model, Troika Consulting)

A collaborative workshop… to increase market share with automotive suppliers.
Client: A renowned consulting firm

Context:
The automotive market is going through a particularly important period of transformation. My client needed to identify new business opportunities and bring more value to equipment suppliers in the automotive industry, across Europe.
To bring teams from several European countries together and transfer know-how from one market to another.
What I did:
- The design and facilitation of a collaborative workshop in English

A multi-lungual seminar… to collectively define company purpose
Client: A service provider for the aerospace industry
Objective:
As the organization goes through a huge transformation, the Spanish and French management teams needed to redefine the company’s purpose collaboratively.
What I did:
Design and facilitate a day of workshops for the management team to answer the following questions in a collaboratively:
- The company’s purpose (Why are we here? Why do we exist?)
- What problem are we solving?
- What positive impact do we have on the world?
The workshops were co-facilitated in English, Spanish and French.
Deliverables:

Training in collective intelligence, facilitation and the techniques of participation
Client: Formapart
(N° 1 Training company for facilitation in France)

Context:
Formapart were looking for a partner to deliver training programmes in facilitation techniques, in French and English, on a regular basis.
What I do:
Deliver 3 day training programmes, in French and in English, on the following topics:
- The role and stance of a facilitator
- The definition of facilitation (what it is, what it isn’t)
- How to frame a facilitation request and understand a sponsor’s needs
- How to prepare and design a workshop
- Live practice (all participants facilitate during the session)
Building a shared strategic vision… within a Board of Directors
Client: IFACI (the French Institute of Internal Audit and Control)
Via Formapart
Context:
IFACI wanted to bring together its Board of Directors, made up of Chief Audit Executives from large corporations, mid-sized companies, SMEs and start-ups, to co-create and validate the association’s strategic direction for the year ahead.
My role:
- Understand the Board’s strategic challenges, define the objectives of the workshop and design a collaborative process tailored to its needs.
- Facilitate discussions around the association’s development priorities and the conditions required to successfully deliver its strategic plan.
- Facilitate working groups in both French and English, adapting the facilitation approach in real time following a last-minute change of language.
Key deliverables:
- A priority map of members” evolving needs.
- A blueprint for future member offerings.
- A collectively validated strategic plan for 2026.
Team Coaching & Facilitation… to define the role of a newly formed regional Executive Committee
Client:A renowned consulting firm

Context:
Following a change in management, and a significant organisational change, a new regional Executive Team was appointed.
Signed and Objective:
Whilst the group were new, they needed to manage the previous team’s legacy and cultural challenges. They called in Kasha Dougall from LeapFrog, as an external facilitator and team coach, to help the team align.
What I did:
Conducted a series of interviews to :
- identify the needs and potential obstacles to success
- understand the legacy within the team
Designed and facilitated collaborative workshops to:
- Define the role of the Executive Committee
- Identify actions the group should avoid performing
- Determine actions to improve the team’s functioning
- Create an action plan collectively with associated metrics
- Provide tools and actions to improve giving feedback and asking for help within the team.

A global seminar… to build the strategy to become a privileged partner
Client:A renowned consulting firm

Context:
The transformation of a large global client required significant changes within the global account team. The group needed an external facilitator to design and lead a day seminar.
What I did:
Designed and co-facilitated a series of workshops for 40 partners from 4 continents to help the team define:
- The priority areas of play
- The roadmap to achieve their annual objectives
