Meet with Kasha Dougall

Over 25 years working in marketing and communications for manufacturing organisations based in France have given me firsthand experience of the realities of teamwork. I have seen environments where trust fostered engagement, creativity, and performance, and others where tension, competition, and silos weakened relationships and limited collective potential.
Working in both high-trust teams and highly dysfunctional organizations taught me something important: we are not destined to work in environments defined by poor relationships. Every individual has both the power—and the responsibility— to influence the quality of relationships within their team. Working well with others is not an innate personality trait. It’s a skill that can be learned.

That’s where I come in.

I design and facilitate structured, engaging programmes, as well as longer-term team development initiatives, with one ambition: lasting change.
My goal is to help teams transform the way they collaborate, enabling people to approach conflict with confidence and strengthen the quality of their relationships. To support sustainable change, I incorporate concrete indicators (KPIs) that help teams measure progress and maintain momentum. What gets measured gets improved.
